Miami condo sales rose last week, led by a unit at Jade Signature.
A total of 117 condos sold for $48.5 million in Miami-Dade County last week, compared to the 116 units that sold for a combined $37 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $414,000 or $307 per square foot.
Jade Signature unit 1503 sold for $3.7 million, or nearly $1,300 per square foot. The three-bedroom, 2,931-square-foot condo was on the market for 621 days before it closed. It sold fully furnished, with Artefacto furniture and Ornare closets.
The second-most expensive sale of the week was at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. Unit 1104N sold after 120 days on the market for $2.48 million, or $1,472 per square foot.
